Danny Baron

Danny is the Lead Agent here at The Baron Group. He has a passion for people - and will stop at absolutely nothing to deliver the highest level of service for our clients. His focus is on consistent and effective communication. (And he might be one of the most joyful and high energy people you’ll ever meet!)
With a background in branding & market research consulting - Danny brings a vast knowledge of creative marketing to our Real Estate business. His background allows him to best market our client’s properties - in the end, getting them more money for their homes & selling them faster. His goal is to provide guidance & relieve stress through what can typically be labeled a “very stressful process”. He wants his clients to leave the stress behind & join for a fun and successful journey.
Prior to starting The Baron Group, Danny spent nearly two years working as a New Home Sales Consultant for a high end custom home builder. His knowledge of new construction & the Real Estate market make him an excellent source of knowledge - and an amazing partner for our clients.
Outside of Real Estate, Danny focuses on enjoying life with his wife Jena, their families, & friends! He serves at his Church & stays active at the Gym or in any Sports League he can join.

Mitch Kenney

Mitch is a Licensed Agent as well as our Director of Operations. He is a family man with big ideas - and loves creating systems. Specifically ones that implement fun, trust, and excitement in our client’s experience with The Baron Group.
With a background in owning and operating immersive entertainment businesses (including the local escape rooms “Breakout Games” in Hyde Park and West Chester) - Mitch brings skills of operations management and customer service along with a mission of, "A life lived for others is a life worthwhile." It's his belief that there is no more impactful place than the home you live in, and it is truly an honor to be able to assist friends in buying and selling their home.
When Mitch isn't working with his friends, he is spending time with his wife and daughter. As a family they are passionate about running, their church, and exploring events in and outside of Cincinnati.

Andrew & Rachel Duncan

Andrew & Rachel Duncan are licensed Realtors leading the way in Northern Kentucky for the Baron Group. They both have a massive love for people & a passion for serving others. As transplants to the greater Cincinnati region, they understand the importance of establishing “Home” & have spent the last decade learning the ins and outs of Northern Kentucky & Cincinnati.
Andrew is a natural networker & has never met a stranger. With a diverse background in music, ministry, coffee, and, most recently, marketing & human resources, Andrew has spent years investing in individuals from all different backgrounds. His previous work experience has helped him find creative solutions in Real Estate as well as to be able to view his client’s needs from multiple angles. His drive & commitment to find the best outcome for his clients is what energizes him.
Rachel also has a diverse background in higher education, counseling, photography, & interior styling that have helped give her a unique understanding of the psychology of real estate and how to best prepare & care for her Clients during the Home Buying/Selling process. Her passion for interiors & creating warm & inviting spaces helps her guide clients regarding the best way to stage their home to sell & also enables her to help buyers envision all that their new home can become. Together, Rachel & Andrew live in Fort Thomas, Kentucky with their two children & their pet goldendoodle. When they aren’t working you will find them working on a renovation project, traveling, or enjoying the best coffee, food, & drinks around.

Mark Brad
Director of Media
Mark is our Director of Media here at the Baron Group. He is a detail oriented creative with a passion for people.
He spent the first 4 years of his career owning and operating a freelance videography and photography business in Cincinnati. During which, he served us immensely capturing photos and videos for our client events, listings, and closings!
Mark is now leading our team to create an unparalleled content package when it comes to listing your home and getting as much interest in your home as possible. In addition, he will be helping us think of new and creative ways to help educate and inform what’s going on in the Real Estate market through the avenue of media.
Outside of work, Mark is a husband to our very own Amber Brad (eh hem...POWER COUPLE) and father to two children Aria, and Ryken. He is also very involved at his church where he leads worship on a weekly basis!
